Greetings from the Galaxy Dance Festival Team.

It gives us great pleasure to invite you to officiate as at the 2023 Galaxy Dance Festival. Details of the event are listed below. Please review everything carefully, provide the information requested, and most importantly sign and return a copy to us in either paper or electronic format.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday Matinee: Business
Thursday Evening: Disco/Nightclub
Friday & Saturday Evening: Formal

 

Compensation for the entire event will be  & organizers will pay the following expenses:

Roundtrip airfare to Phoenix, AZ: Please make your own travel arrangements no later than 60 days prior to commencement of event.  You will be reimbursed for the lowest roundtrip, coach fare available from your home city.  In the event that you arrange to appear elsewhere, either before or after the event, we request that we pay only your prorated share of travel expense.  The best airport for arrival is Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), approximately 20 minutes away. There is no complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Hotel Room: Room reservations will be reserved for you based on the preferred dates above. If you decide to arrive early or depart later than the above dates, please let us know so the rooming block can be changed; final rooming block is required by August 11, 2023. A single room night rate is $; for convenience any additional room nights will be deducted from your fee.

Meals: Lunch & Dinner provided by organizer.  Breakfast/coffee reimbursement up to $25/day.  Organizer is not responsible for any alcohol or tobacco purchase reimbursement.

*Please be advised that each official participating int his event will be responsible for his/her own tax liability.
